Business empowerment, leadership and career advancement for emerging and established leaders

Workshop: 23 March 2021 (Goodwood Park Hotel ) | Conference: 24-25 March 2021 (Online SGT)

Exclusive Networking Breakfast: 22 March 2021 | Goodwood Park Hotel

The Women Leaders Institute has made the executive decision to convert this year’s Summit to a virtual experience. We want to ensure that our event is COVID-safe, which will see the return of the 7th Annual Women in Leadership Asia Summit (24-25 March) taking place online.

A new era of leadership has dawned since the COVID-19 pandemic as we now face a new kind of pressure to lead effectively through rapid change and uncertainty. While this pandemic has reshaped the notions of female leadership, highlighting empathy and compassion as critical leadership skills, this crisis has also widened the gender equity gap

Now in its 7th year, we have once again brought together some of Asia’s most inspiring and successful leaders to share their leadership experiences at our annual Women in Leadership Summit. Leading organisations including AIA, Twitter, NTUC FairPrice Group, TripAdvisor, ANZ and Deloitte, will reveal how you can:
  • Foster an inclusive culture in your organisation to increase the representation of women in senior leadership roles
  • Nurture and develop high-potential women to strengthen your leadership pipeline
  • Adapt your leadership style to lead and inspire your teams in a VUCA environment
Join our exclusive Networking Breakfast, for an in-person experience with a select few VIP speakers and attendees. Gain complimentary access when you book tickets to attend Karolina Gwinner’s workshop, ‘Women Leaders In A Post-Pandemic World - How To Empower, Inspire And Energise Yourself To Make A Bigger Impact’.
